In times where Estate Agents are fighting for fees in a market where Purple Bricks and Tepilo etc are offering rock bottom fees it is important for quality agents to take the Waitrose and M & S approach when compared wth Aldi. Waitrose and M & S both use quality images, both communicate with their target audience with publications and marketing - both are successful quality businesses.
